Chef Ella Freyinger has always had a deep desire to get to the heart of things, whether that is in her food, seasonally grown and sourced from local farmers, or by building communities through her charity work and gathering like-minded individuals together over a nourishing meal. Through her catering company, Chef Ella Freyinger, Inc., she masterfully combines her knowledge of European countryside cooking with the world-class demands of the Los Angeles culinary scene.

“I have a passion to get as close to the beginning as possible,” says Ella. “Knowing food was grown, raised, and picked with integrity, and to then take that food from the ground to the plate is a great joy for me.” Operating under this philosophy, her team has been privileged to create innovative, yet simple custom menus for restaurants, grand events, and intimate gatherings in private homes.
